As a woman, I wasn't sure if this podcast was for me. I couldn't be more wrong. It's refreshing to hear two men talking about mindfulness and the human emotional experience, from the point-of-view of heterosexual masculinity. Jon and Will are key instigators for the (r)evolution of American men. I can't speak for all women, but let me thank you on our behalf anyway. I am learning and growing along with the men.

Jon and Will invited me on their show and what I appreciated was the energy of levity brought to the serious work of growing ourselves as men. They get that we must be committed, accountable, and challenged, to grow into the depths of our potential — AND, they are able to guide and support in a way where we can be led by possibility and humor, versus shame and heaviness. The former supports our evolution as men much more.
